Breathing Exercise

This pranayama exercise helps to balance the breath.

  • Increased oxygen and breathing efficiency

  • Improved function of the diaphragm

This breathing technique is done by inhaling through the nose for a count of four. Try pausing momentarily between the inhale and exhale. Continue by exhaling through the nose for four. Try pausing momentarily between the exhale and the inhale before continuing.
