To begin inhale through the nose filling the belly, chest and upper lungs. As you fill the belly and chest should expand and the shoulders should raise towards your ears. As you exhale begin by dropping the shoulders, chest and then belly. Continue at a comfortable place. You can always bring one hand to belly, and one to chest to give yourself a physical anchor to focus the breath on.
