Does this sound like you:

You're overwhelmed with stress at home or at work and you...

  • Don't know how to help yourself wind down after a long day

  • Try to relax and unwind but don't have the proper tools or guidance for the task

  • Are looking for a structured yet intuitive approach to your anxiety

  • Want to find a community of people who are also struggling to overcome the overwhelming aspects of their day to day lives.

you were born to be real, not perfect..png

Imagine not only knowing how to calm your mind but also why these techniques work.

You're not meant to be on 100% of the time, but it's difficult to relax and take time to breathe.

That's why it's important to learn and maintain a meditation practice.

It's not about being perfect, it's about learning how to help your mind and body cope with stress and over-stimulation.

It's a weekly guide for focusing on how and why you feel with tested journaling prompts and breathing exercises.

Megan Prenty

Megan is a Registered Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher - she has been working in these fields for ten years, always continuing her education in order to better serve clients. A dedicated public health educator and mental wellness advocate, Megan is also a member of the Region of Waterloo's Mental Health Network.

Megan came to mindfulness while looking for ways to survive the stress of high school and in the years since she has honed and tested her technique. As a result, the exercises in this course come from Megan's own practice and have been put to use in her day to day life.

Till now, Megan has only been able to work within the Ontario region; by creating an online course, her goal is to reach out into a world that has increasingly become more stressful to live in and share methods she hopes will help others overcome the overwhelm.
