Excessive stress can weaken the body and leave it vulnerable to other diseases. Learn some of the different kinds of stress and simple self-care techniques to balance your day to day stress. We will explore several solutions and practice exercises to help increase relaxation and balance the nervous system. A period for discussion and questions will be available.
