One of the downsides to office work is the strain that sitting causes on the body. Low back pain, tight shoulders, stiff necks and frequent headaches are all indications of postural strain and are exaggerated by stress. In this seminar we will identify common postural complaints and discuss the related health benefits of yoga. We will practice a short desk yoga routine to help manage stress and postural discomfort. These exercises, once practiced, give you self care tools that you can use through the day
