Public Health Education

Megan is committed to sharing her love health and wellness. After some years in practice noticing similar trends with clients she began to give evidence based lectures on an array of health topics. 

Megan is passionate about anatomy and physiology and is currently undergoing another undergraduate degree this time focusing in health sciences. 

Passionate about mental health Megan works as a member of the region of Waterloo's mental wellness network launching the Ways to Mental Wellbeing is a Waterloo Region initiative inspired by the “The "Five Ways" are simple actions that have been shown to improve mental health and wellbeing.
